Before I get into how I can help you do that, I’d just like to share a little bit about me and how
“Your Karizmafit Kick Start Program” came about.
A few years back I was working out at a gym and on the wall was a
picture of a lady on a bodybuilding stage and thought to myself …
“I can do that!” And in a split second I made a decision that I would be a bodybuilder,
on stage, winning a competition.
From that day forward nothing was ever the same again and
I began the process of changing my lifestyle to make that decision a reality.
And then life took a beautiful little detour and I became pregnant which
slowed me down a little bit, but it didn’t derail my dream of being on stage.
After having two beautiful kids I began studying at university and
training to become a Personal Trainer, all the whilst still training to compete in Body Building.
Body Building is a sport that refines and regulates what you eat, when you eat, how you exercise, when you exercise, how you think about yourself and how you think about creating and achieving your goals.
By surrounding myself with people who supported me, people with the knowledge that I needed to achieve my goal and people with the same mindset … all striving to be the best we could be.
You’re here because you want change and you want it now.
And I’m here to let you know that you’re going to need
people around you who are going to support you when times get tough
and you’re going to need to have someone to talk to to gain clarity,
to ask for help and sometimes it’s just nice to know you have a cheerleader cheering you on!
You need people who have already done what you want to do,
who have the experience and the knowledge that you need to achieve your goals …
Coaches, Personal Trainers, Nutritionists who have studied and or experienced what needs to be done
step by step, and can show you just what you need to do.

Daily Mental Habits
Through a food journal we will look at what you’re eating and drinking now, when you’re eating, cravings and when they are occurring.
Then we will adjust what you’re currently doing to increase healthful nutritious foods that are going to work for you.
This can be super creative and will include amazing recipes that you
wouldn’t expect to be healthy and tasty!

Set some goals
Learn how to stay focused as you move forward each step of the way
Learn how to reframe limiting or negative belief and thoughts.
Why did I choose to surround myself with people who knew more than I did?
Because I knew I couldn’t do it on my own.
And that brings us to the here … and now.
